With the blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios of America, Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, a delegation from the Order of Saint Andrew, guided by His Eminence Metropolitan Emmanuel of France, director of the Liaison Office of the Orthodox Church to the European Union and National Commander Anthony J. Limberakis, MD, is currently participating in an 'Archon Religious Freedom Mission to the European Union' in pursuit of human and religious rights for the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

The delegation is currently in Budapest, Hungary--which currently holds the EU presidency, Berlin, Germany and Istanbul and Ankara, Turkey till April 10. The delegation also includes Father Alex Karloutsos, Archon Spiritual Advisor; Archons John Halecky, National Secretary; James C. Fountas, National Treasurer; and Stephen Georgeson, National Coordinator for the State Resolutions Project.
