Dear Brother Archons

The Triodion has begun: as of Sunday, we have embarked upon our journey to Pascha. It is now our joy and privilege to enter as fully as we possibly can into the Church’s rich tradition of prayer, fasting, and self-denial as we prepare to celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The chart below, prepared by Fr. Jonathan Bannon, is a handy and informative guide to the Sundays of Preparation and of the Great Fast and Great and Holy Week, leading up to Pascha on April 28. It includes Scripture readings and suggestions for how we can deepen our experience of this holy period.
